So, how did you “peel” it off Gail? What was your method? I went though an intense layer lifting off me today as well.

Method – The Integrated Approach (my method, of course) 😉 1. Hear the language of the fear 2.) translate to the core need/yearning 3.) do releasework / grieve 4.) check back to the original stimulus and see if it’s resolved.
