today i found the stillness
of calm assertiveness
and the stillness of equanimity
the stillness of seeing that
if i/I were to experience that delicious love,
that coming together,
I had to first create separation
and in the nature of separation,
is the outcropping of duality, and all it’s forms and faces.
hatred, antagonism, pushing against, campaigning to banish.
it’s all a natural outcome of separation
it’s all a natural outcome of
the same principle
that gives rise
coming together
it’s all only possible if at first there is

today i found the stillness
of knowing
hitler deaths, the middle east,
sarcasm, hostility, mortality,
it’s all a consistent, natural outcropping
of the duality I made
the duality I chose to create.

One-Liners (not)

Apparently I’m exploring my pain about the nature of humanity…

Then I found this “one liner” and enjoyed it…

I think my lesson lately is learning how to be equally untriggered by all extremes…hrm.

“We all are neurotic and suffer from narcissism, it’s all just a matter of degrees. Those of us that are best about our neurosis are the ones who can laugh about it. Which I’m working on, can’t say that I’m quite there yet.”
